General Delivery

When will my order arrive?

We currently deliver on selected Sundays each month, typically on the second and fourth Sunday.

Available delivery dates will be shown on our website and during checkout. Simply select your preferred delivery date before placing your order.

What time will my order come?

Deliveries happen between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM. You’ll receive a message on delivery day with a more precise window.

How is my order packed?

Every order comes in a disposable cooler bag to keep it fresh and safe.

What if no one’s home?

We’ll leave your order at your door and send a photo as proof. Once delivered, we cannot take responsibility for loss or damage.

Can I request an earlier delivery?

If you require an earlier delivery outside of our scheduled Sundays, feel free to contact us at kaisyanwo@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to assist, subject to availability and additional delivery charges.

Monthly Deliveries

How does my subscription delivery work?

For all subscription orders, deliveries are scheduled on the first Sunday of every month.

Your first delivery will take place on the next available first Sunday after your subscription is confirmed, with subsequent deliveries continuing on the first Sunday of each month.

Before each delivery, we'll contact you to confirm the delivery details.

Can I change my delivery?

Absolutely! Let us know at least 3 days in advance, and we’ll do our best to adjust.
