General Delivery

When will my order arrive?

We currently deliver on selected Sundays each month, typically on the second and fourth Sunday.

Available delivery dates will be shown on our website and during checkout. Simply select your preferred delivery date before placing your order.

What time will my order come?

Deliveries happen between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM. You’ll receive a message on delivery day with a more precise window.

How is my order packed?

Every order comes in a disposable cooler bag to keep it fresh and safe.

What if no one’s home?

We’ll leave your order at your door and send a photo as proof. Once delivered, we cannot take responsibility for loss or damage.

Can I request an earlier delivery?

If you require an earlier delivery outside of our scheduled Sundays, feel free to contact us at kaisyanwo@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to assist, subject to availability and additional delivery charges.

Monthly Deliveries

How does my first subscription delivery work?

For your first order, simply select your preferred delivery Sunday during checkout.

How about future subscription deliveries?

Your future deliveries will generally follow the same schedule selected for your first order.

For example:

• If your first delivery is scheduled on the second Sunday of the month, future deliveries will typically continue on the second Sunday each month.
• If you select the fourth Sunday, future deliveries will continue on the fourth Sunday each month.

Before each upcoming subscription delivery, we’ll contact you to confirm the delivery date and details.

Can I change my delivery?

Absolutely! Let us know at least 3 days in advance, and we’ll do our best to adjust.
